If you're interested in working together, I would love to have an informal chat with you on the phone, or we can meet locally for a coffee and get to know each other a bit better.
All packages can be tailored to you and the following are the basic bundles that I offer. If you feel you need more support in something, we can create a more bespoke package that better suits your needs.

Ante- Natal Support
This package helps you prepare for the birth. We will discuss your birth options so that you can make fully informed decisions. We will discuss the process of physiological birth so that you and your partner feel confident. We will also create a detailed birth plan, including preparation for the 4th trimester.
This package includes 3 in person sessions and continuous support until your baby is born.

Birth support package
This package will include the following:

A minimum of 2 antenatal visits to help you plan and prepare for the birth.

I will be on call from 10 days before your due date and for 2 weeks after

A minimum of 1 post natal visit within 10 days of the birth.

Full use of my books and any other resources.

Guidance with preparing your birth plan document.

Guidance with preparing a labour visualisation board.

Phone and email throughout from time of booking to 4 weeks after the birth.

Investment: I am currently offering a 33% discount on my fees to reflect that I am a mentored doula.

Post natal package
As your postnatal doula, I offer invaluable support to you during the transformative period after childbirth. I provide emotional encouragement whilst helping you navigate the challenges you may face.
​
This package can be tailored to what you feel you need and can include:

Providing support, encouragement and guidance in the weeks following the birth.

Help you with household chores and other siblings to give you a break.

Guidance with feeding baby
Investment: £25 an hour

Birthing pool Hire
I have one La bassine maxi professional birthing pool that can be hired out, including equipment.
Price: £100 for 4 weeks hire
